Returned items will be redelivered to you if we cannot verify your reason for returning them. For example, a sticker pack returned for not being the right one, upon return, we shall investigate extensively and if the claims are right, a refund will be processed, but if during the test, we find that it's the right one, the item will be redelivered to you.
